That's why the Art Center at the Old Library and Emerson Music Arts are so passionate about providing music and arts to the children in the Grande Ronde Valley. This after school Kids Make Music! Kindergarten program is offered by The Art Center at the Old Library and is designed specifically to give a well rounded, interactive and exciting experience of music!
