Lea Emerson NCTM – MFA Piano Performance, UCLA

Emerson holds the designation of Nationally Certified Teacher of Music and is affiliated with MTNA and OMTA. Her students have achieved success in various competitions, including being winners at the GRSO Concerto Competition, gaining recognition at the Oregon State Baroque Festival, participating in the Blue Mountain OMTA Syllabus Honors Recital, and performing as part of jazz ensembles, worship teams, and as accompanists throughout their community.

Lana Emerson

Lana is currently majoring in piano performance at EOU. She has successfully completed the highest Level X in the OMTA Syllabus and received multiple scholarships for her achievements in piano performance this year. Lana has four times been a winner at the OMTA Baroque Festival and triumphed in the 2022 GRSO Concerto Competition, performing alongside the symphony. In addition to her piano skills, she is also an accomplished vocalist, competing at NATS and singing with worship bands while accompanying church services. As a first-year teacher, she brings five years of experience from teaching music camps.
